We are happy to announce that we are once again welcoming clients into our hospital. Please review our updated guidelines below and feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

If you prefer to not enter the hospital at this time, curbside services are still available.
Please use the following instructions to check in for your appointment.
When you arrive at the Animal Eye Center, please text “Join” to 833-200-0258 from your car and register via the link. This will apply to those opting for an in-person appointment as well as curbside.
You will be notified via text when it is your pet’s turn to be seen. When you receive that notification, please proceed into the hospital lobby and one of our technicians will meet you and your pet there.
Your pet will received a complete exam by our ophthalmologist and he will share clinical findings, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and follow up with you.
Discharge instructions will be printed, and all medication prescriptions will be brought to you by one of our technicians.
You will receive a text message when it is time FOR CHECKOUT. One of our Client Service Representatives will obtain payment AT THE FRONT DESK.
